Following the successful resolution of the certificate and results issues with the University for Development Studies (UDS), Management wishes to inform all members of the 2024 cohort as follows:

1. Management is planning a Congregation Ceremony to celebrate the achievements of the 2024 cohort officially. Details of the ceremony will be communicated in due course. In the meantime, students who require their certificates urgently may visit the College to collect them after settling all outstanding fees.
2. Students whose classification remains unchanged after the review may collect their certificates from May 6, 2026.
3. Students whose classification has changed after the review are hereby informed that their certificates are being reprinted. These will be made available for distribution upon completion of the reprinting process, and a separate notice will be issued accordingly.
4. All students are further informed that official transcripts will be issued solely by the University for Development Studies (UDS) after the completion of the reprinting process. Students are advised that transcripts printed from the student portal are unofficial and cannot be used for official purposes. The updated pass list will be published for your attention.

Students are advised to take note and comply accordingly.
